We quite often get asked if we can make a cover engraving gold or silver.  We are not able to add colour to laser engraving.  

Laser engraving involves burning down through a layer/layers of the cover material.  This typically results in a darker version of the material that you have chosen for your cover.  If you visit our website cover swatch page, you can see a few examples of engraved cover materials.
