You will notice that our new site will automatically charge PST on ALL BC orders (regardless of your status with us). Please send us an email with verification of your PST exempt status (we will need your PST number for this) and we will be manually refunding PST on these orders.
The new site is a US based software that was not built with a multi-tered tax ssytem in whch someone could be exempt and non-exempt int eh same gepgraphical region. We have reached out to them for a better solution, but we are waiting on that at the moment.
Again, for the time being we will be manually refunding the PST portion of your orders. This may take a day or two (business days) to process, your patience is appreciated. IF you have any concerns, please do not hesitate to reach out to us via the help ticket system. |
