Ticket system to replace direct support emails

We will have a knowledge base and a ticketed support system.  In fact, you're in it right now :)

 

To help us serve you BEST, we are kindly asking that all help / support requests be submitted as help tickets through our TICKET SUPPORT SYSTEM rather than emails on thought the contact page on our website.  This will help us provide you with more timely, more focused responses.

 

Prior to submitting  a ticket, we encourage all customers to search the FAQs knowledge base for an immediate answer.  Tickets that are answered there will be referred back to the FAQs KB.  New issues will be answered as promptly as possible and, where applicable, may be added to the FAQs KB.
