lifethreads albums is located on the west coast of Canada.  Hours of operation are as follows (in local time):

• Monday to Thursday: 9:00 am - 5:00 pm
  
• Friday: 9:00am - 1:00pm
• Weekends & Holidays: CLOSED

Support requests / /tickets / emails received outside of regular business hours will be answered in the order they are received in as timely a manner as possible.  We do our best to answer all emails and support tickets within business days.
