We regularly get asked: "What is your lead time on a typical order?"

Current lead times* are as follows:

• Standard Production - 10-14 business days of production from the reception the order (orders received after 5pm begin production at the start of the following business day)

• Rush Production (*albums only*) - 72 hours of production from the time that the order is received (orders received after 5pm begin production at the start of the following business day; production days are Mondays-Fridays only, weekends & holidays are not included).  Rush production will incur an additional fee of $150 regardless of the album size or type.

If you are in a rush for an order or have a deadline to meet, we always encourage you to submit as early as possible to avoid extra charges.

*Please note that during the busy holiday season, although we do our best to keep up with the swell of orders lead time / turnaround time on orders may increase.  We do our best to post submission deadlines (by email blast and on Instagram & Facebook) before & during the holiday season in order to inform our clients of when orders need to be received in order to receive them for Christmas.
